Shipping policy

We make each FRASED piece to order and work with regional production partners to get it to you.

Delivery time

Most orders are delivered within one week of being placed. During busy periods or when a carrier is delayed, delivery may take 10–14 days. If your order is taking longer than this, please contact us so we can check it.

Where your order ships from

We fulfill orders close to their destination whenever possible. Orders going to the United States are generally produced and shipped in the US; European orders are generally fulfilled in Europe; and Australian orders are generally fulfilled in Australia. The exact production location may vary by item and availability.

Shipping costs

The shipping charge and any available free-shipping offer are shown at checkout before you pay. FRASED does not add extra shipping fees or taxes to your order after checkout.

Tracking and delivery

When your order ships, we send a shipping confirmation by email. Tracking details are included when they are available from the carrier. Please check your confirmation email and tracking link for the latest update.

Need help with your order?

If your order has not arrived within the time above, or tracking says delivered but you cannot find the parcel, email info@frased.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout. We will look into it with you.
